Abstract

This work summarizes the experiences and evaluation of quality in the distance learning program in Project Management of the University of Computer Sciences. It summarizes the concept focused on the integration of research, training, and collaboration processes as the central axis to achieve the training of competent professionals in the field of science. The integration of the processes is conceptualized in five variables that complement each other, forming an ecosystem with a high level of coupling. A system of indicators for the evaluation of perceived quality in distance courses by program stakeholders that include indicators to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the program, others to evaluate the didactic quality of learning resources, are introduced into the work. Indicators to evaluate the management of the program. It provides an approach to the use of quality assessments in education and its importance in the professional and educational development of higher-level institutions. For the aggregation of the answers of the interested parties (professors, trainees, graduates, executives, and the research group, among others) and the aggregate evaluation of the evaluating users, the 2-tuple method of computing with words is proposed.
