Abstract

Today's world is inconceivable without technological advances. One of the most important and that will have a tremendous impact in the present and the future is Artificial Intelligence. A bibliographic review of mainstream scientific articles, books, and magazines dealing with the subject was carried out. As a result, it was possible to appreciate the world trend in the application of Artificial Intelligence techniques and its impact on the different branches of services, appreciating how much progress has been made in its implementation and giving us the most precise possible idea of the challenges that remain to be overcome.
