Abstract
This research addresses the study of transformational leadership and financial management of the Provincial Municipality of Satipo, Junín, Peru. In organizations it is of utmost importance that the human capital is committed to the area or entity in which it works, that it feels motivated to perform its work efficiently and effectively, so that quality and productivity are developed. This can only be achieved through a good leadership management, for the proper development of the activities in which their daily work consists. Therefore, the general objective of the research is to know the relationship between transformational leadership and the financial management developed by the workers of the provincial municipality of Satipo. The methodology used was based on a non-experimental, field and documentary design with a descriptive and correlational level. The results obtained relate the study variables (transformational leadership and financial management), obtaining a correlation of 0.740, demonstrating a direct relationship between the variables. In conclusion, the relationship between transformational leadership and the dimensions of planning, direction, execution and control of financial management in the Provincial Municipality of Satipo is established, reaching Spearman's RHO values that allowed demonstrating that there is a direct correlation between all the variables.
