Abstract

An analysis of the factors involved in the process of vocational and professio na l guidance is presented. A new vision of the various steps that should be considered to be in order to structure an efficient process is detailed.Is mandatory and important to apply a scientific and technical guidance of the students in a ll le ve ls o f training and educational formation, through vocational and professional orientation, in order to decide the career or profession and promote the development of s k ills a ttitud e s , ne e d s , mo tiva t io ns a nd inte re s ts and to the enclave of his conduct and who le p e rs o na lit y.The consideration of all factors and detailed steps in this article can serve as a basis for an effective process of vocational and professional guidance.
