How to Cite
Abstract
El artículo versa sobre la Gestión de las empresas en el Ecuador, apoyado de una herramienta poderosa como el Balanced IT Scorecard, comúnmente conocido en nuestro medio como (Cuadro de Mando Integral), esto adicionado a las IT (Tecnologías de la Información), las mismas que en conjunto ayudan a la nueva administración del siglo XXI. Promover en las organizaciones un marco estratégico para identificar los conductores necesarios para el logro de los mismos; determinar las métricas para medir su éxito, simplificados en una administración en la que primen los factores de eficacia y eficiencia; y, que conjugadas estructurarán la efectividad en la toma de decisiones.
